Refund Policy

McAllister Products will accept returns within 30 days from the date that the order was received in-home. You must contact us within 30-days for return instructions. Failure to contact us, may affect our ability to process the return and any corresponding credit to your account. Please email us at customerservice@mcallisterproducts.com or call 1-800-774-8334 for instructions prior to returning any item.

Upon receipt of the returned product and/or return Tracking Number, a credit will be issued to your account within 30 days, or no more than two credit card billing cycles. Any orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from any credit. Additionally, if your purchase qualified for "Free Shipping" the actual cost of shipping your item will be deducted from your refund. To determine these costs please refer to the Shipping Section of our site.
To expedite your return, please supply McAllister Products with the order #, the billing name and address, the "Ship To" information if different from the billing information, your return Tracking Number, as well as a reason for the return.
